- Word limit for works of micro-fiction is 500 words, though we do allow a little leeway. Simultaneous submissions are acceptable, but we reserve exclusive publishing rights for the run of the issue. If after that time you wish to have your story removed from our archives, simply send us an e-mail.
- Previously published works are strictly VERBOTEN!
- Submissions are limited to one story per individual per issue. You may also submit 1 poem and piece of artwork per issue.
- Please format your stories in paragraphs for e-consumption, and use proper capitalization unless you are Kurt Vonnegut or Thomas Wolfe (you are not). Cut and paste your submission into the body of an e-mail, or attach as an .rtf or .doc file, and send your artwork as an attachment. Please type SUBMISSION in caps in the subject line of your e-mail.
- Please include a short bio with your submission. If your submission is chosen it will be published in a separate bio page. We will also publish your website or weblog link if you include it, and it will remain a permanent link on the rumble site.
- We politely request that you use Microsoft Word or a similar program to check your story or poem for spelling and grammar errors before submitting.
